This is actually not me but is a friend of my friend

I have a 15yr. old bay, Quarter horse mare who luvs me to death and I luv her the same. When I ride I do this excersice called around the world, it is when you go all the way around in your saddle well I luv to stop facing the back and just kind of sit there and now that my horse trusts me enough to let me do that, and that I can trust my horse enough to even do that so I think that is cool(and fun).Be very careful I would not do this if you are a new rider 'cause it can be very dangerous, but fun if you do it right and not only be a good rider but make sure that you trust your horse enough to do it, 'cause if your scared your horse is going to pick up on that.GOOD LUCK, AND HAVE FUN.

I actually tried this with some of my more intense riders at my stables and it helped them tromendously with their balance. Great balance helper.

That is so wierd I used to do that same thing when I was younger, but now I am 42 and not that flexible anymore. I still ride though.
